About this event

Rivet presents: A Night of Music and Comedy! Featuring Tim Williams Band and comedians Pat House, Jake Mattera, and Hannah Trav!

About the performers

Tim Williams Band

Singer/Songwriter Americana Rock. Local favorites Tim Williams Band have shared the stage with Weezer, Violent Femmes, Goo Goo Dolls, Gin Blossoms and more. They bring a unique, conversational, 4th-wall-breaking energy to their stage show while playing a mix of originals, covers and live requests.

Pat House

Pat House is a nationally touring comedian based out of Philadelphia.

For Pat, everyday life seems to be a great source of material. Spending years bartending and interacting with strangers, he was constantly intrigued, amazed and extremely annoyed at the ridiculous things people say and do in public. With matter-of-fact delivery and sharp observations, Pat’s material is relatable to anyone tortured by the absurdity of others.

A regular performer in comedy clubs, casinos and theaters all over the country, he has been a choice opener for Sebastian Maniscalco, Tom Segura and Dan Cummins. Pat has performed at Funny Or Die’s Oddball Festival, has been featured by The Metro and Philly Weekly. He recorded his first album Biggest Thing in 2013 and his latest album Heard Enough Yesterday in 2018, both albums are now available on iTunes and Amazon.

Jake Mattera

Jake Mattera is a Philadelphia-based stand up known for his loveable brand of wholesome self-deprecation. He perfectly blends smart and silly on his spiritual quest to make himself the butt of every joke. His hilarious take on marriage, parenthood, work, and daily life highlight the universal vulnerability we share in our most awkward moments.

His debut album, A Soft One, was released by Helium Records; it debuted at #2 on iTunes and Amazon. Jake’s comedy is featured on a “Best Of Philly” compilation that—along with his album—can be heard on Sirius XM. He’s performed in sketches on Conan and with the sketch group Gilly and Keeves. His comedy festival appearances include Big Sky, Laughing Skull, Limestone, San Francisco Sketchfest, and HBO’s WICF. Jake was a finalist in the Boston Comedy Festival and Helium Comedy’s Philly’s Phunniest Competition. He’s opened for Brian Regan, Dave Attell, and Nate Bargatze, among others. You can follow him on Twitter @JakeMattera.

Comics he’s been lucky enough to work with: Brian Regan, Dave Attell, Nate Bargatze, David Cross, Ron Funches, Todd Glass, Dana Gould, Matt Braunger, Brian Posehn, Dom Irrera, Chad Daniels, Emo Phillips, Roy Wood Jr., Bobby Lee, Mark Normand, Joe Derosa, Jackie Kashian, Bob Marley, Big Jay Oakerson, Greg Fitzsimmons, Jim Florentine, Shane Torres, Joe Machi, Sam Morril, Mike Vecchione, Preacher Lawson, Dulce Sloan, Dan Cummins, Eugene Mirman, Brian Simpson, Jon Dore, Josh Johnson, and more.
